Cheap Organization

What do college kids need almost as much as money? Organization! Here's a cheap and easy trick to help organize your desk (or any surface area that tends to pile up):

I think I read this in a magazine somewhere but I can't remember which one. Anway, all you need to get started are a pair of scissocrs, scotch tape, wrapping paper in a pattern/color you like, and an empty cake/brownie mix box.

I know what you're thinking, cooking and crafts in the same sitting? This girl's a genius! All joking aside you don't need to be a genius to make this organizer. Just cut across the box, closer to one end than the other so they're different levels when you stand them up. Tape up the end you opened when you baked your yummy dessert and wrap with your favorite wrapping paper to match your room!

I've decided to follow some family and friends and create a blog. I plan on using it to share cooking and craft ideas. Hopefully they'll be ideas that save you money, because I'm doing them on a budget. Being a college student and all I'm trying to take things I see in stores or restaurants and make my own "homemade" version. Enjoy!
